I would like to inform you our cancellation policy which is as follows; 1. If you wish to cancel your lesson or wish to change the lesson timing a minimum of 24 hours prior notice should be given. A £10 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is under 24 hours. Please note that all cancellations must be communicated between you and your tutor or vice versa. 2. Cancelling of lessons must be arranged through a SMS Text/WhatsApp Messenger or email to your Tutor in order to organise the next appointment more easily. 3. In the event that you do not show up for the lesson, your Tutor will wait for 15 minutes before leaving. The lesson will then be presumed cancelled and you must pay the cancellation fee.
